The office has the right to cancel the reservation if the passenger fail to make the full payment before 15 days of departure.

The passenger should arrive to the airport before the fly time with 3 hours, otherwise he would take the responsibility for anything would may happen.
The passenger must comply with all flying rules and regulations, especially the ones related to the packaging weight allowed for each passenger.
In case of any changes, delay, or cancellation in fly times, the office will not bear any additional costs related.

In group trips, we offer one bed for each passenger. And the passenger has no right to ask for a change in the room that is agreed upon in advance (ask before travel).
